Studioflo a software product from KRMA MEDIA INC. ("KRMA," "we," "our," or "us").
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including all websites, applications, and products under the Studioflo brand (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Studioflo.
1. Eligibility and Access
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 where required by law) to use Studioflo.
The Platform is intended for use by tattoo artists, tattoo studios, and related professionals.
You may not use Studioflo for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Account Use and Restrictions
Each account is licensed to a single user or entity.
You may not resell, sublicense, or share your Studioflo account with others.
If you require additional users (e.g., assistants or staff), you must purchase additional seat licenses.
Artist Pro accounts are limited to one user.
Studio Pro accounts include up to four seats; any additional seats require Studioflo approval and incur additional costs.
3. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including but not limited to: abuse, illegal activity, spam, or failure to pay.
We are not obligated to provide any refund or prorated amount in the event of suspension or termination, regardless of account status or subscription tier.
4. User Responsibility and Content
4.1 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, create, or distribute using Studioflo.
This includes media, messages, client records, forms, aftercare instructions, and other materials.
We may provide sample templates, forms, and documents for convenience.
These are not guaranteed to be legally compliant in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for complying with all local, regional, and national laws applicable to your business.
Prohibited content includes:
Hate speech
Adult content
Illegal activity
Copyrighted materials you do not have rights to use
4.2 - Safe Harbor and Content Takedown
Studioflo respects intellectual property rights and the integrity of its platform. If you believe that any content hosted on Studioflo infringes upon your rights or violates applicable laws, please notify us immediately at support@studioflo.io. We reserve the right to investigate and remove any content that is deemed, at our discretion, to violate these Terms or any applicable laws. This process does not create an obligation for Studioflo to monitor user content.
5. Payment, Fees, and Refunds
All paid plans (e.g., Artist Pro, Studio Pro) are billed via Stripe.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.
Failure to pay or a failed payment may result in account suspension.
Refunds are only considered if:
No AI features were used during the billing cycle, and
A request is made to Studioflo within the current billing period.
Studioflo reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion based on account standing and internal criteria.
5.1 Refund Assessment Process
We assess refund requests based on internal criteria to maintain fairness and platform integrity. Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within seven (7) business days. While we aim to act reasonably, Studioflo retains sole discretion in all refund determinations.
6. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Studioflo offers integrations with services such as Stripe, Google, Meta, Zoom, TikTok, and others.
These services are provided "as is" and are controlled by third parties.
We disclaim all responsibility for outages, changes, or functionality issues caused by these third-party platforms.
6.1 Revenue Loss and Integration Disclaimer
Studioflo is not liable for revenue loss, missed appointments, or business interruptions resulting from third-party service disruptions, platform outages, misconfigurations by users, or failure to properly authorize integrations.
7. Uptime, Availability, and Disclaimer
Studioflo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that the Platform will be error-free.
We may notify users of major service interruptions or downtime, but this is not guaranteed.
You use Studioflo at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content created by Studioflo—including ad copy, emails, templates, workflows, designs, codebase, user interface, and trademarks—is the intellectual property of Studioflo.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any Studioflo content outside of the Platform without explicit permission.
Users retain ownership of their personal media and client data submitted through the Platform.
9. Pricing and Feature Changes
We may update pricing, change feature availability, or discontinue the Platform or parts of it at any time.
We may attempt to notify users of material changes but are not required to do so in all cases.
10. Account Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time.
Upon termination, Studioflo does not guarantee the ability to provide data backups.
10.1 Customer Data Export
Upon account termination, users may request a basic export of their customer contact information (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers). This export is subject to technical feasibility and must be requested within 14 days of termination. Studioflo does not guarantee the availability of other account data, backups, or custom workflows.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studioflo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via email or through the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
